This was great. The sauce really made it, though the recipe makes a lot of sauce. I wouldn't change a thing...perfect combination of sweet and tangy.

I tried this recipe a few weeks ago and enjoyed it very much. I am having company tomorrow and will fix this for them. The meat fell off the bone and the flavor was fantastic.

    Thank you

    Had for 4th of July.Spectactular!
Almost bypassed recipe because of medium diffaculty rating. Very easy prep can do most ahead of time.
I did tweak sauce slighty, only had half the ketchup used chilli sauce and
a left over chipotle pepper w/adabo sauce for 2nd cup.It added a little heat, which I will do next time as well.

My son absolutely loves ribs. I made these ribs with Ina Garten's Coleslaw ( a personal favorite of my son . He only ate ribs for a half hour without speaking. The entire family loved these ribs. The recipe was easy and produced succulent ribs. Thanks Michael.

Made these for the 4th of July. Not one rib left. Everyone loved it. Took almost three hours in the oven versus two and the thirty mins. on the grill.
