    We used baby bellas. Had these with portabella mushroom and spinach ravioli. Wonderful combination. We don't often have bread, but wished I'd had a crusty roll to mop up the juice with. The whole family loved them. Thanks, Michael!

    This recipe is. . .amazing seems like too weak a word. They're fantastic without the wine, but when you add the wine, it brings so much flavor to them, you may want to double the recipe to make sure there's enough for everyone to have seconds.

    Loved this recipe!! Big fan of mushrooms & always looking for new recipes to make them.... Didn't have white wine ... So I used a white Zinfandel ... Also used dried thyme instead of fresh... Can't wait to try them agin w all the right ingredients!!

    Loved this recipe. Tasted one while it was on the stove. Big mistake.....a good portion disappeared and never made it to the table. This one is a keeper!

    I have been making this dish for the past several years and it's a hit every single time...I follow the recipe exactly and it is simply delicious as a side with meat or all by itself with a veggie meal...the problem? I can't keep my family from sneaking them from the pan as they carmelize!

    These mushrooms were so incredibly good!! My sister does not like mushrooms but she tried one of these and had 4 servings!! Worth making and sooooo easy to do!! Awesome recipe. Thanks Michael

    I have made these mushrooms at least 10x now and anytime I make steak this recipe is always a side dish. Excellent
