I made these for a family get together and everyone loved them. This is the best mojito recipe I have found.

I love mojitos, but they are so labor intensive to make one at a time, so I never served them for a group until now.
I served it for my Dinner for Eight group and was a hit. When they left, I noticed a little in the bottom of the pitcher with the mint. I should be embarassed to say this, but I grabbed the mint and wrung out every last bit of the mojito and drank it, even if it was just a bit watered down.

These are wonderful. They have become our "summer" party and sailing drink.

I loved these mojitos with their fresh flavor. A big plus is you can make them ahead in a big pitcher and just pour when your guest arrive. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.

Cool, refreshing and not too sweet. Wonderful with grilled chipotle shrimp and avacados with fresh lime!

These mojitos were fantastic and simple to make. The rum was pretty strong... I had to add more seltzer to balance it out.

I made this yesterday for our Labor Day BBQ and it was a hit! I've been questioned by 5 guests for the recipe. The limes and the mint, I think, are what make the taste. It's similar to that of rum and although not a fan of club soda, it gave it a nice fizz and made the drink smooth. This was great!!! If you're looking for a nice cool refreshing summer drink, this is the one, and since you can make a pitcher of it at a time, it's wonderful for entertaining!

My boyfriend made these last night and I made a Cuban-spiced pork loin, w/ beans and rice. The mojitos stole the show, however. A perfect coctail!

This is an excellent and sooo simple recipe. It helps to really crush the mint and then to put the pitcher in the freezer.
