Our guest at my wifes birthday party were puzzled by the flavors of this drink at first but after a couple of sips it became the drink of the party. Everyone had their own interpretation of what the drink reminded them of. My wife is sensative to alcohol and remarked at how she could not taste it in this drink. Warning though, as smooth as the drink is going down you may want to designate a driver ahead of time.

This drink is perfect for people like me who love drinks that are not so sweet. The mint and lime together is outstanding, with just a little sugar to your taste. I adjusted the rum, it was a little too strong for me.

It is so nice to now have a great mojito recipe that you can make a whole pitcher of. It is so hard when having a bunch of people over to make one drink at a time. It was a big hit at our party!
