    I've cooked this several times, adding italian sausage one time, sans meat (altogether one time and the original recipe another. Every time it is a great hit.

    OMG !!!! THIS WAS GREAT.WELL WORTH THE TIME IT TAKES TO MAKE.MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE IS, IT IS RATED AS AN EASY RECIPE WITH VERY LITTLE PREP TIME.....NOT.TRUE ITS NOT ALL THAT HARD TO MAKE, BUT IT TAKES QUITE A BIT OF TIME TO PREPARE,BUT IS WORTH IT.

    I made it with ground turkey since my husband and I are trying to eat healthy. It's a great meal on a diet too since it has veggies, protein & as little fat as you care to use. I've got some leftover brown rice that I'm going to add when I make it later this week. I'll also double the recipe this time so my husband and I can have leftovers for a healthy lunch. Great recipe.

    This is the best stuffed anything I have ever made. It was easy to make and is easy to make a vegetarian version. This will go into my "keep" file!

    Skin on my eggplant was a bit tough also.

    This recipe was easy to make, the ingredients were readily available and tasted great! I used less parsley and basil and a little more cheese (just a personal preference. I would definitely make this again.
