Delicious and so easy! Best soup I've ever made! I didn't have any sides to add, so I added a can of diced tomatoes, kidney beans, bock choy and barley. Next time I would make the carrots and celery into bigger pieces.

Well worth the time it took in prep. I added sweet potatoes as one of my left over sides which added a bit sweet to the soup. It is a hearty bowl and was loved by all.

This was a definite hit at my household. I added some rice and it was almost gone the same night!

This soup was delicious. I did not add the leftover brussel sprouts because they are not popular with everyone in my family. I did include roasted parsnips and leftover sweet potatoes. The soup has a very slight sweetness from the vegetables that makes it really wonderful. It was a huge hit at my house. By far the best turkey carcass soup I've ever made.

Was searching for some turkey soup ideas for my Thanksgiving carcass and was so please that Chiarello weighed in. Basically followed the recipe. I had fresh uncooked brussel sprouts that I fried and used as a garnish. Added some cooked rice and it was rather basic. Now tomorrow, because I have a ton of it, I plan on using my savory sweet potato souffle to create a beautiful gnocchi and I'll add some other fresh veggies I'll get tomorrow. Can't wait as I know it ill be even better tomorrow. Thanks Michael, you are so cute.

The perfect way to use up all that extra Thanksgiving turkey. This soup is so flavorful yet simple to make. Takes a bit of time to make the stock but its well worth it. I threw in about a cup of uncooked quinoa and a bunch of kale as I didn't have any leftover thanksgiving veggies like the recipe suggests. The combination was really good! I'll be saving this recipe for next year too!

Wow! This was the best soup I've ever made!!! I added a few sprigs of fresh thyme to the stock. For the veggies, I used the carrots and celery as directed, but I also added green beans, sauteed mushrooms, and zucchini. It takes so long and tastes so good that I'll be doubling everything next time!

I have never been able to make soup as odd as that is. I made this and my husband was not happy I made it. Having tried my other soups ; He took the bowl and then to both of our surprise he ate it all, and a second bowl! YAY!
