My family loves this stuffing. My husband actually bought me a food processor because it took me so long to prepare the veggies and he wanted insurance that I would make this again, and again. It is delicious, sweet, complex and well worth the time and effort.

For years I made both an herb/bread stuffing and this one, but finally my family asked why I bothered making two stuffings. They love this one, and it has become my "signature" stuffing. Thanks for a great recipe.

This is an excelling stuffing. Yes, it's a bit sweet, so I use half panettone and half ciabatta.

Loved this stuffing!! Had to make the regular stuffing for the Kid's but all the adult's loved this, didn't even touch the other stuff! The kid's don't know what they missed! Dressed up the table a bit. Looked as good as it tasted. Can't wait to make this again.

This was excellent. A different dressing and a nice change. I added the eggs for a softer stuffing. Don't overbake!!!

I've been eating stuffing for fifty plus years and making it for thirty something and this is my favorite stuffing recipe. I maked a couple of additions to the recipe however, one lb. of ground cooked italian sausage and 1 1/2 cup of walnuts. The flavors of the fruit compliment the turkey and mashed potatoes. The key to making a great stuffing is starting with a really GREAT BREAD.

I made this the first time I think 4 years ago for Thanksgiving, before that I was pretty much a tradtionalist with the combo Cornbread and chulla bread stuffing. But it was Love at First Bite with this stuffing. There are certain things I am always asked to make when invited to parties, when it is the Holidays and Turkey is being served, this is the one thing that I must bring or ordered to not show up. : Thanks Chef, as always your receipes are winners.

Try it with a very inexpensive panettone or it will be way too sweet. It's much less expensive that way too! This is becoming a famity tradition!

I received a Panettone as a Christmas gift and had no clue what to do with it. I'm so glad I came across this fabulous recipe! It was the perfect side dish for ham. It is sweet and full of flavor. I used regular salted butter although the recipe called for "sweet butter". I highly recommend this dish. I think next time I'll add some sausage.

This recipe has a remarkable sweet and fruity after taste(a great contrast to your traditional dressings with meats or sausage to it and its bouquet adds more to one's senses as he or she is enjoying this dish. I would recommend serving both this with a traditional dressing. Can't go wrong....Carl Neder
