This was such a nice combination of flavors and very complimentary to the apples and lemon pork tenderloin.
My son in law who wouldn't eat a pea on a bet, scoffed his portion down and asked for seconds. He thought I had put herbs in the potatoes to make them green.
Thanks for another great recipe.

I tried this recipe because we used to have spinach and mashed potatoes as kids(parents'trick to get you to eat spinach. This is much better! Nice and rich, even if you don't like peas, give this one a try!
