Mu husband is sick and so I just made this soup and it was wonderful! We added some shredded gouda cheese to the top and it was very tasty. Will be making this recipe again for sure.

I made this soup with much protest from my father. He did not want garlic soup. Of course he went back 2x and was very upset the next day when my mother took the rest of the soup for lunch.

I made this soup without the addition of the cream to cut back on fat and it tastes incredible! It tastes buttery and rich and creamy and is one of my new favories! I highly recommend it!
