A little greasy but wonderful. The olives made the dish. I will make this again!

I carefully followed the recipe but it came out a greasy mess. Too much trouble for the results!

this tastes pretty good, however the potatoes do not stick together at all! Come to think of it they barely stuck together on the show. good tasting potatoes but does not come out like a tart.

The first time I made it was great. I plan to make it a 2nd time.

Preparation was lengthy for the "tarte"...but than so is preparing chocolate pudding.

    Have a great day.

these potatoes were pretty good except for the bitterness (lemon, i guess...altho i was really careful not to include any pith.. and the ohsooily consistency. i used 2 tsp DRIED rosemary rather than the fresh, which gave me great flavor. next time i will cut the oil in half. overall, i really liked this recipe. i'm confident i can tweak it to perfection!

This recipe is arguably the worst recipe ever concocted for potatoes. They are greasy, favorless, and ugly in appearance, to say nothing about messy to prepare. Chiarello should go to cooking school and learn how to cook before gaining air time. Nothing he has ever concocted is worthy of Food TV.

The recipe turned out okay, but was not exciting enough that I would make it again. The olives tasted good, but to me the potatoes were just okay.
