    I just was not crazy about parmesan flavored steak. The 2 flavors together tasted odd. This may be better on chicken.

    This was a great way to prepare a rib-eye. I even turned this recipe into an appetizer for our recent dinner party. I served the steak on bite sized pieces of potato slices -- a huge hit.
