    This was the best rib eye steak that I have ever made. The steak was done perfectly and tasted like it came from an expensive Steak house. I will use this recipe forever.

    I did this recipe with two i" strip steaks. I had found a pkg of out of date meat, bought it. Brought it home and fixed it two days later. Just appliced the cooking times appropiate to the size of my steak. Turned out to be 5 stars plus.
