Loved it. Here's my spin... mango and papaya instead of cantaloupe. Full size red onion. Added cilantro, extra champagne vineagar, juice of: 1 lime .5 lemon & .5 orange. I recommend starting the salsa first and letting the flavors come together while you finish preparing the crostini.

You can't go wrong with this recipe. I get rave reviews from my 75 year old mother down to my 3 year old. Perfect blend of sweet and salty, crunchy and dense. The topping is also excellent on a salad or asparagus.

Followed this recipe to a T except I added the prosciutto the last couple of minutes of cooking in the oven to crisp it up. It was excellent! Perfect summer fare.

We saw this recipe on Michael's TV show over a year ago and tried it right away. We couldn't find champagne vinegar that day and didn't want to wait so we used white wine vinegar instead. Absolutley LOVED it! It is one of our favorites and we often make it to entertain or just for oursleves on a weekend. Perfect for an appetizer or along with a crudite or cheese plate for a lighter meal. It has total "WOW" factor to it, we get rave reviews from all of our friends every time we serve it!

Am having my best friend's couples shower and will make this again. Have made many times but not for this crowd. I haven't made it in a while but have experimented with the presentation. This time the crostini will be heart shaped.

Looking for something different, I gave this a whirl. It was such a huge hit! Relatives loved it so much that we had it three times over a 10 day period. After our initial serving/tasting, several of us had different parties and/or occasions where we needed an appetizer. This quickly became a favorite!

My favorite part of this recipe is the salsa. I served it at a baby shower and everyone was a big fan of the salsa. It has so much flavor!
