We have a brown turkey fig tree and it's a great producer. This recipe is great with those figs. I insert a small bit of blue cheese in a whole fig, wrap with the prosciutto and bake at 350 for 12-15 mins, then drizzle with a bit of good honey, serve room temp to warm. YUMMM. It's a keeper!

Great, this is easy & tastes great. Everyone loves this recipe when I make it. I use gorgonzola cheese instead of blue cheese.

These were delicious. It was windy on my deck, so I pan fried them inside, but they still turned out great. Very filling, so don't eat too many before dinner :

Since my parents work during the summer I like to cook dinner for them. I made this recipe one night as part of dinner, I like to make four course dinners, and they love it! They were a little skeptical at first, but once I made them try it, they couldn't stop eating them.

i recently served these at a family dinner and they were gone in a flash. Everyone loved them. I did use Gorgonzola because we prefer that and they were so delicious. Unfortunately, fresh figs are only available for a very short time in Rhode Island. I tried it with dates and it works well but not as delicious as the fresh figs. Thanks Michael for a great recipe.

Figs, gorgonzola and prosciutto is always great combination. To avoid dish to be to salty, i recommend take less of the prosciutto.

Made exactly like the recipe says but added a toasted piece of walnut to each. They were a smash! Will definately be making these again! Michael makes the best stuff!
