I loved this recipe! Thanks for sharing. I especially like the combo of Red-Wine pasta and Broccoli. A good way to get the family to eat Broccoli

Incredible. This is a fantastic and unusual dish. I really loved it and everyone I served it to did as well. The taste is such that if I'd had it in a restaurant, I'd go back on purpose to have it again! (It's great with or without the veggies....

This dish is a great starting point to be creative. I've used merlot instead of zinfindel and swiss chard instead of broccoli rabe. I also add baby bella mushrooms, and it's great for texture. A great dish!

Made this recipe shortly after the show aired. While I love all types of greens, my significant other and best friend found the rabe a little bitter although they loved the dish. I'm making this again for a dinner party soon and will try it with sauteed baby bellas and baby spinach instead.

In italy cooking pasta in red wine is quite common. Braccoli Raab, (Rabe, Rapini does have a distinct and bitter flavor. Being a staple in our italian household, we love it and the blanching definitely helps to relieve some of the bitterness. I love to add some italian sausage and fresh tomato to this dish, along with a little fresh basil when it's served. Yum.

What is amazing about this dish, is the simplicity of it and how exquisite it is.

Simple but really great! My grocery store was out of rabe so I used baby spinach which worked really well.

We thought this was excellent. The red pepper gives it a nice flavor and kick and the red wine flavor was delicious. My stepdad wished that I added Italian sausage for some protein, so that's a good suggestion for a variation. Think it would go well as a side dish for fillet as an alternative to being served as a main dish.

I have not tried this recipe yet but it looks delish. Just wanted to let the people who said that there was not enough broccoli rabe that it is 1-3/4lb not just 3/4 of a lb. So I would say using 2 lbs would be suffcient.

I think because I am not a fan of wine that much it did not appeal to me.
