This was a big hit at a recent dinner party - and so easy. I followed the instructions exactly and it was delicious and beautiful on the plate.

Favorful meal and very nice presentation.I didn't have any prosciutto so I used cooked ham and it was delicious. If you like a nice crunch to it,don't blanch the asparagus for 4 minutes it's way too long.

My wonderful husband made these bundles of flavor this week for dinner. We thought it would be a late dinner, but they took no time at all to make. The bread crumbs adds that extra crunch and flavor to something already sooooo delicious! We love many of Michael's recipes...this one is outstanding!

My family and I fixed this as a last minute addition to Christmas dinner, using what was on hand. We did not have any prosciutto, so we used smoked bacon that had been half cooked separately (to a point where it was cooked, but still flexible. We also felt that 4 minutes for blanching was way too long, so we blanched for 2 minutes; can't stand overcooked vegetables, especially asparagus! The result was great--the asparagus was crisp and flavorful, and the breadcrumbs (which we made with panko were fantastic. Make extra crumbs--they'd be great on just about anything!

The presentation was nice and was easy to prepare. However, it did nothing for the asparagus, in fact it masked the lovely taste of fresh asparagus. I would not prepare it a second time.

This is so delicious. I have waited 3 years for my asparagus plants to harvest. This is the summer!! This recipe has to be a rating of off the chart then. I love this stuff and it is so professional looking and impressive. Food Network has made my cabinets, frig, freezer and the whole kitchen TOO SMALL! I've taken to shopping and spending more on food than clothes...is there something wrong with that picture?
