This turned out great. The bread crumbs made it crunch and a great texture. I did omit the extra salt.

Great blend of flavors. The asparagus adds a bit of crunch. Great side dish for a dinner.

very quick to prepare with great results. Tender asparagus do not need to be blanched.

Excellent combination of flavors! Easy preparation but impressive presentation. . .so much nicer than plain asparagus.

I loved this recipe. It is very tasty and looks special. It's easy and quick. I prepped mine the day before, but I won't do that again. It would have been better made the same day. I'm surprised that no one has mentioned that the quantity of prosciutto slices doesn't jive with the directions. You would need 16 slices of prosciutto to double up like the directions say. It's good anyway. I will make this again.

I made this for Easter and my family raved about it.
I used thin asparagus spears so I only blanched them a minute instead of 4 minutes. I also decreased the salt slightly because the prosciutto is salty.
The bread crumb mixture is easy and delicious and can be used for so many other dishes so I made double.

I tried this over Easter. It was just okay. Relatives liked it just fine but nobody raved or asked for the recipe. I really like asparagus but think that plain asparagus with salt and pepper sprinkled with feta is just as good.
