    This was really great, and everone loved it. I used virginia ham instead of prosciutto, and it turned out fine. The toping was delicious, and could probably work well as a topping for all kinds of dishes.

    Great....easy to prepare....asked for tye recipe over and over...the toasted bread crumbs are a real keeper....love this recipe....

    I liked the flavor the prociutto added but overall it was too salty. I will omit the extra salt next time. Still yummy though.

    Delicious!
    I serve these when I entertain - for presentation, taste, & easy.
    But, I even serve these now for dinner
    @ least twice a month. These are also wonderful with cheese (fontina, brie,
    gorgonzola, provolone, mozzarella, etc inserted along w/the prosciutto.

    This has become a new family favorite at holidays! It is so easy to put together and looks very impressive. If you don't have time to make the seasoned bread crumbs every time, try dusting with fresh shredded parmesan - great flavor combo!
