Good Stuff. Added grated Parmesan cheese, my son ate it all up before his dinner was done.

I sliced a loaf of ciabatta in half, spread on some extra virgin olive oil, and grilled it first in a panini press. It went really well with my angel hair pomodoro!

This was a huge hit with our dinner group of "foodies" and it's a recipe I will follow again. Roastng the garlic makes all the difference.

I consider myself a connoisseur of fine garlic bread and this was definitely fine! Used ciabatta loaf and everyone loved it. Thanks Michael.

I have been making roasted garlic for years, this recipe is great. I also make it with Herbs de Provence, but the fresh thyme was a nice alternative. By the way, Roasted Garlic freezes very well and when I make it, I normally make a dozen, use what I need and freeze the rest.

I will never use garlic powder to make garlic bread again! This recipe is DELICIOUS!! The flavor from the olive oil and thyme gives it an extra kick. This is the ONLY way to make garlic butter. I tried broiling one slice of bread with the garlic butter already on it and another I spread on later. I prefer it with the garlic butter spread on before toasting. You must try it.

This was really fun to make. The smell of the garlic baking was amazing. I put the paste on the bread before putting it in the broiler instead of after. Next time I'm going to use larger heads of garlic and a heavier hand on the salt shaker.
