I thought this recipe was a great combination of Sicilian flavors. To be honest, I thought the salad was a little bitter. The radicchio / lemon combination was a little overpowering, so I will probably add a little sugar or honey to the dressing to compensate for that. However, I'm giving the recipe 5-stars because of the visual appeal of the final product. The salad really looks amazing!

Made twice. First for 4th of July Potluck(with burgers and dogs second for family reuinion with corn on the cob and country style ribs grilled simply with s&p.
Excellant flavor, holds well over time. I can see adjusting fruits as season changes. The sweetness of fruit balances bitter radicchico.
