I love finding different ways to grill steaks, and this did not disappoint. I used a Roasted Red Pepper Pesto and let the meat marinate once rolled onto the skewers (easy. I served with a Corn Salad and it was a great Summer Dinner on the grill.

I did these on a griddle, as I was out of gas for the grill, and they were very greasy, but that may be because I cooked them on the griddle and the pesto make a ton of grease while they were cooking. I will try it again, but next time on the grill.

the steak was very tender and the pesto was superb in the steak
