You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 2 herbal tea bags
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

Bring 1 quart of cold water to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the tea bags. Steep until the whole pot is flavored, about 3 to 5 minutes.

While the tea is steeping, steam your milk. You can use the steam attachment on an espresso maker, a foamer, immersion blender, or a press. If using a foamer, immersion blender, or a press, the milk should be 100 degrees to properly foam. Pour a cup of tea, add the foamed milk on top, and serve.

I had an "artful" tea at a seaside restaurant in San Francisco. I think it was perhaps the one you discussed in the book club episode but I wasn't able to see the end of your program. Please share the tea type and the best place to shop for it. I appreciate your flavors and relaxing style of entertaining.

would like to know where to purchase the wrapped tea you showed on this episode, my friends love tea and thought this would be such a neat gift for them.
