California chefs are giving us another simple and tasteful recipe. Thanks. This recipe provides a Thanksgiving treat...personal opinion. Annie-Fremont-CA

This was absolutely delicious on sour dough bread using whole berry cranberry sauce and gorgonzola. I made it from memory having watched the show a few days before so I forgot about the garlic. I'll definitely add that next time, although it was fantastic without it.

Bruschetta is the tomato topping not the crunchy bread.

However, I will definitely be making this Crostini on Friday b/c it sounds absolutely delicious!!

Just the right size "something" to nosh on after the excess of Thanksgiving...The single cut garlic clove delivers a surprising amount of flavor, even for that amount of bread. I used a baguette and whole berry sauce - next time I'd puree or at least chop the cranberries up some more for ease of application on the small bread pieces.

This was so popular on Thanksgiving Day as an appetizer, I used it again for a small party - raves from everyone...twice! My 16-year-old daughter is even making it for a party she's going to tonight, so I would say this is a hit.

This is a delicious recipe. Different, but delicious. I would use a milder cheese, like gorgonzola, if I made it again.
