Mr. Chiarello you have hit a homerun for family style bbq fun!
We watched this episode when it aired. My husband said "Oh we have to make that!"
We had family in from out of town. They wanted to bbq just, burgers. What a fun surprise for them.
We substituted feta for the goat cheese (not a fan of goat cheese. Burguesa Gigantica came out looking just like the shows' version.
The cherry reduction was AMAZING! The tip to get the beef in solid form and have it ground twice, just brilliant! The best advice is the large sturdy round loaf.
We opted for a 19 oz loaf and it was perfect. A burger this heavy requires a sturdy bread.
After posting the pics on Facebook we now have followers.
