Great, simple recipe! I coated them with PAM butter instead of the oil then sprinkled them with salt and pepper. I used a toaster oven and had to cook a bit longer about 10 min. Always keeping an eye on them to avoid over roasting. I also did a second batch sprinkling cinnamon and sugar. They turned out fantastic. Love this treat!

Great recipe! However, I did have to cook my longer but my oven is old and not sure if the temperature is exactly what it should be.

This is the first time I've made pumpkin seeds that turned out this good. I didn't change anything & they were perfect. I tossed mine in a bowl with the oil first then spread them on a sheet pan & sprinkled the S & P on them. Tasty!

These were the best pumpkin seeds I ever had. I did leave them in the oven for an extra minute and a half but they were still awsome! :o I LOVE them!

At that heat, I had to roast them twice as long, and my oven isn't that far off. Please adjust cooking instructions for consumer or prosumer ovens.

The cooking spray idea was a great one! No greasiness whatsoever. I baked mine for appx 11 min, checking them often and shaking the sheet pan to redistribute the seeds. This is the best roasted pumpkin seed recipe ever!

I made the seeds today with my 4 year old daughter. My daughter loved them. She said they taste just like popcorn. The seeds were a little on the oily side so I patted the excess oil off using paper towels. Delicious! Definitely a keeper!

My six year old granddaughter and I made these, they are super easy and a fun project to do together. I love creating memories with my grandchildren just like I did with their mother as she was growing up.

i loved this recipe! the seeds were so tasty and smelled great. they kind of tasted like popcorn! everyone else loved them too. they're hard to stop eating to be honest! the only thing i did different is i poured the ingredients on top of the seeds and then tossed, instead of drizzling.
