What a great fall treat! It tasted great. I tried it with squash seeds, too. They turned out the same.

Love the smokey smell and taste, kinda tastes like penuts and is a bit oily to the touch.

These pumkin seeds make a great party treat or after-school snack. I did find that they were a bit oily. I tried a batch using olive oil cooking spray to lightly coat the seeds & they were nice & toasty, and not too oily. I also tried a batch using butter flavored cooking spray which was also a big hit. Overall, this is a great recipe.
