I made this last night for a dinner party. I waited to make this during the peak of tomato season, and it was Divine! I was hesitant to use all the herbs , but it all worked well together. I know its a lot of chopping but its worth it. I would definitely make this again.

    Thanks Michael!

I doubled this recipe for a dinner of 25 or so family and friends. It is a beautiful presentation on a large round platter. I was able to find mini-heirloom tomatoes to use for the vinaigrette, which made the dish even more colorful. In addition to looking spectacular, it also tastes great -- I think that the parmesan shavings are a nice departure from the classic pairing of tomotoes with fresh mozzarella -- which is of course delicious, too, but it's nice to change it up a bit. I will be making this again and again -- a permanent addition to my entertaining repertoire.

I just used the tomato viniagrette part of this recipe over a watercress and spinach salad with toasted pinenuts, served alongside a fontina and leek risotto. Made for a very satisfying vegetarian dinner, hearty enough not to miss the meat.

Little spicy. Very good as side dish. Serves quite a few people.

I loved this recipe! The salad dressing is to die for. Served it numerous times and everyone just loves it. I served it on a long, oblong platter. Not only tastes great but looks gorgeous! Thank you Michael!

I made this, along with the Gaucho Steak, and it was terrific. I have rarely seen a more beautiful finished dish. This one looks restaurant done and is absolutely delicious. Be sure to mix the colors of the tomatoes for the full effect. Next time i'll use more arugula because it went so fast I didn't get any! Stunning and scrumptious!

This was a very refreshing salad. Worked great with tomatoes right out of the garden. You will love it.
