So tasty. I love goat cheese so this is one of my favorites. This is a nice recipe for a dinner party. So easy!

This was a different way to serve goat cheese, and so I decided to make it Michael's way. My preference, however, is to enjoy this cheese cold on the tomato because of the texture. My review is based on my own palate only.

This salad was fresh and delicious. So summery ! I used basil, parsley, chives, and tarragon. The goat cheese rounds were perfect. My husband raved about it. Thank you Michael.
