This recipe was a huge hit with my family. I also cut down on the oil by 1/4 cup and used 3 Tblsp of lemon juice. Also added a can of small pitted black olives. Next time I think I will also add toasted pine nuts.

Sooooo good. Had it the other night at a friends house. I now have the recipe to eat it all spring and summer long. Would be great with grilled chicken or steak too.

This is fabulous! I added Sun Dried Tomatoes and find it tastier the next day after everything has a change to blend. I have made it several times for large parties and its a big hit.

Made this pasta salad this weekend for early family xmas celebration, and it went over quite well! I made it couple hours prior to guests arriving, and I lightly tossed before serving. I substituted spinach leaves for the arugula and placed on top after tossing. Overall, I would definitely make again. I used more basil than recipe originally called for because I didnt have any tarragon. Great colorful presentation & great taste. Guests impressed! Thanks.

Very tasty salad...I have made Tortellini Salad before but couldn't find the recipe so I gave this recipe a try. Very Good! I made it smaller since there are only 3 adults in my immediate family (Husband, myself and mother-in-law and everyone liked it. I substitued spinach for the Arugala and only had shredded mozzarella cheese so I lines the dish with shredded cheese and put the torellini in the middle with the spinach on top. Presentation was nice.

Took this salad to a neighborhood potluck and my neighbors were amazed that I made it. Use tri-color tortellini for a great tasting, colorful salad!

I chose this recipe to make for a potluck. It was very delicious but was pretty expensive to make- over $20 for all of the ingredients. I only used 3/4 cup oil for the full amount of pasta. It wouldn't have added anymore than that. I also forgot to grab shallots so I subbed red onion and really liked it. I might try using both next time. This will be a great go-to summer salad.
