I saw this years and years ago and I always meant to do this... and never got a chance. But then we made a big turkey with dressing, cranberry sauce and the whole nine yards yesterday and we decided to have these paninis. YUM! Big hit. Really fun. Very hearty. And it makes the leftovers exciting! Outstanding sandwich with a football game!

I love paninis.
My panini was turkey, drsg, whole cranberry sauce, & Brie. (I leftout the gravy. It was yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The whole family loved this recipe. What an excellent use of the leftovers. I combined this with the Thank God it's over Bruschetta...what a hit!

I have made this twice and it is a hit with the whole family. I even used left over rolls from thanksgiving for individual sandwiches and everyone love it! Definitely a keeper.
