    I made this recipe for a New Year Eve gathering. And everyone LOVED it!!! I added thinly sliced red bell pepper and shallots, and the the mountain of sausage vanished!

    Made these last year for our annual holiday party. My guests gobbled them up in less time than it took to cook them. Loved the presentation on individual forks (I used plastic forks and my friends did too.

    An absolute keeper of a recipe.

    I planned on serving these to some friends for a small get together I was having and decided to try it out first before serving them. I'm glad I did. Overall, the sausage bites were tastey but by the time the balsamic vinegar had reduced to a syrupy consistency, the sausage had absorbed so much of it that they looked like they had been incinerated! Very unappealing to the eye. I'll try something else!

    I served these at a party over the weekend and they were very popular. Quick and easy to make, and a filling finger food that requires no special dishes. Flavor was good and it was a big hit. Thanks! Will definitely make again.
