    I had this at a dinner party recently and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely make this myself. The fusion of flavors is fabulous!

    This salad was easy enough to prepare that I was able to make it after work without starving to death in the mean time. It was also very filling. After we finished the salad portion of the meal we decided that the salad could have been the meal.

    A fantastic blend of the Med. The taste, with the fresh herbs, if you have them , is beyond measure and surprise, surprise, it's good for you. The arugula and feta combo is tops and so delicious.

    The show that had this recipe, and others, was superb.

    Interesting combinations, great taste, perfect for party. Warning - remember feta cheese and all soft cheeses are off limits to pregnant women due to possible listeria (check March of Dimes website

    I just did this with the zucchini and ate it like pasta- it was delicious! I also added lemon juice and lemon thyme which made it the perfect citrusy summer pasta salad.
