The previous review only gave 1 star for this recipe! I don't know if the reviewer tried this recipe or is just trying to point out that the japanese seaweed is not pickled. If that's the case it's unfair to give the recipe 1-star just to point that out!

FYI:
Wakame is not Japanese pickled seaweed. Wakame is just Japanese plain seaweed. You have to pickle it yourself.
