Directions

Shred the cabbage and thinly slice the onion, preferably using a mandoline on its thinnest setting. Combine the cabbage, onion, carrot and blueberries in a large bowl.

Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, cilantro, cumin and 1 tablespoon salt and toss to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 hours.

    Wow ...this coleslaw is great. Didnt have savoy cabbage and used purple cabbage,and made the slaw with all the other ingredients listed. This is good stuff !

    This was a big hit. I bought a bag of pre-shredded cabbage to save time. I could not find cumin seeds, but I don't think I was missing out.The balance of the sweet blueberries with the tangy dressing, and the crunchiness of the cabbage with the creaminess of the dressing, make this dish. Once you see how easy it is to make your own dressing, you will never buy pre-made dressing again!
