I've made this recipe a few times...It is wonderful, easy, and so tasty. I always add a little more spice and then compensate with a little more sour cream....but I adore sour cream. I recommend this for any at-home occasion or just a nice dinner with family.

I made this for the first time yesterday and it was really easy and delicious. The only thing I substituted was a shallot for the green onions. I used smoked paprika and only used 1 T plus a sprinkle and it was perfect. Not everyone in my family likes fish but they liked this one!

I've been using this website for years when I need recipes and this one in particular made me register. I made this dish for my gf and myself and let me tell you, we were using anything left over to mop up the sauce. I used regular paprika because I just didn't have Hungarian and I used probably 1/2 of the sour cream. It wasn't as thick as it probably should have been but I just wanted it to be lighter. It was still amazing!!!! Next time I will probably try the Hungarian paprika and the full cup of sour cream just to see the difference. This was the best fish dish I have ever made, Thanks!

This halibut dish was absolutely delicious and I am not a big fish eater. I used hot Hungarian paprika and it definately added a kick, a little too much. Next time I will use half regualr Hungarian Paprika and half hot paprika. I am making it again tonight since my grocery store had fresh Halibut!!
