This is a family tradition now! I've been making this for several years. Sometimes I tweak it and add apples or sausage. I always make two batches, sobtherr will be leftovers!

Used this recipe about 8 times. I love the herbs just like they are. I have used ground maple flavored sausage, maple bacon, and honey baked ham. I have to double the recipe to have enough for everyone to take home. My family would rather eat this than the turkey! Thanks so much.

This recipe was absolutely fantastic! Its super easy and there are a million variations you can use! I subsituted the red pepper will green chiles and some fresh chipotle. The smoky flavor of the chipotle went great with the cilantro! I have a huge family and every thanksgiving I make it and everyone loves it! Thank you so much!

Michael, sweetie, thank you. While we were eating, one of my brother's chimed in and said (in front of my Mother I'm sorry but I have to say that this stuffing is the best stuffing I've ever had in my life. He also apologized to our mother for saying it, but he just had to admit it he said. And everyone agreed. I couldn't believe all the praise. I used Cat Kora's cornbread recipe to make the cornbread and then cut it up into cubes and toasted it. All thought it was delicious and I had so much fun making it. I had a real Iron Chef Thanksgiving. Bobby Flay provided the turkey, macaroni and cheese and brussel sprouts with vanilla-pecan butter and pomegranate molasses. Emeril the dessert. I was in a coma after dinner from exhaustion, but the leftovers are well worth it. After those compliments, I will making this stuffing even when it's not Thanksgiving! Love you.
