Amazing..,,however add fresh lime juice and zest as seen on the TV version. It makes a huge difference. I add juice of 2 small limes and zest one of them. It brightens dish along with the fresh herbs. Tastes great 2nd day. In fact I make it one day early to get the best blended flavor at dinner!

This is an amazing recipe. Made it for the first time last year and will make it for years to come. First time I had ever made a cornbread stuffing and it was delicious. My family loved all of the bold flavors!

GREEN CHILE cornbread stuffing! Replaced red pepper with diced, fire-roasted green chiles. Replaced ham with mild turkey chorizo. Replaced cream with nonfat milk. Spectacular! Rave reviews from my typically very traditional family. It will now become a Thanksgiving "tradition" in our home! Thanks Michael!

We grew up eating regular White Bread Stuffing. I served this for Thanksgiving this year 2010. At first, we all didn't know what to think. As the night went on, everyone couldn't stop eating this recipe. We all loved it. The flavors were deep and amazing. I recommend this stuffing to everyone.

This is a great recipe... we actually used this one combined with Paula Dean's cornbread recipe and two other ones. Then we went the sage and thyme route instead of the parsley and cilantro. And we used both corn bread and dried Italian bread. Also, we added oyster mushrooms. Ok, so we deviated "slightly" from the recipe. I still love you Iron Chef Michael Symon!
