You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain rice cooked
  • 2 bunches grilled and chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 3 tablespoons chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1 pound cleaned lump crab meat
  • 2 lemons, juiced and zested
  • 30 grape leaves brined

Directions

Mix all ingredients excluding grape leaves. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture in the center of each grape leaf. Fold over sides and roll tightly. Repeat process until mixture and grape leaves are gone. Place in refrigerator until ready to serve.

    This is an easy and delicious recipe. Couldn't help myself though .. added some crumbled bacon.

    The lemon flavor was really strong. I think using half as much lemon would be better.
