Sorry I doubled this. Usually I love his recipes but this was a total failure. They disintegrated in the simmering water and I ended up with a bowl of mush. So much for all the money I spent on fresh ricotta and organic spinach and eggs. Had to order a pizza. Was the flour supposed to be mixed in to hold them together???? Until the recipe is corrected I strongly advise against making it. I have made gnudi in the past and didn't have this problem. Gotta find my old recipe... Michael i still love you..

I'm puzzled. When I made this, the gnudi broke apart, leaving me with a pot of very expensive green water. What can you do to keep them in one piece, instead of dissolving? Will amend the review if someone can identify the solution...

Thought this was a nice dish for Valentines Day. It was wonderful, flavorful and so different from anything we have made before. This will definitely be made again!!

This is a fabulous variation of a recipe my Mum got from a chef in Zurich, Switzerland, and it was so-o-o easy...and DELICIOUS! I love to watch your magic!

In the first paragraph of the directions for this recipe, after you have squeezed the water from the cooked spinach, the directions omit the step where you add the spinach AND the ricota to the food processor with the other ingredients.

This was a favorite dish of mine during Dinner Impossible and I can't wait to try and make it at home.
