Ingredients
- 6 peaches, halved, pits removed
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 oranges, juiced
- 1 cup vodka
- 1/2 cup freshly chopped mint leaves
- Pinch salt
Directions
Slice the peaches and place n a large mixing bowl. Toss the peach slices with the remaining ingredients. Let marinate for 1 hour and serve.

A GREAT recipe. I have made several times: exactly as written, subbing peach liqueor for half of the vodka, and subbing lemon balm for mint. All were good. It even works with underripe store peaches. Next I'm going to freeze the marinated peaches & use them in white wine sangria. Oh, I usually add a tsp or two of the orange zest too.
