I don't buy alcohol what can I use instead of white wine? I was excited about this episode. Looks good.

I watched this on Paula Deens show today and it looked so good. I went out and bought all the ingredients and made it. Its alot of work, but worth it. The meat sauce is exceptional with the pork neck bones...YUM. I ended up cooking the meat sauce for 3 hours, and we did not eat until 9:00 pm. tonight. My husband kept taking one bite after another saying YUM..YUM...YUM. It actually seemed to get tastier with each bite. The meat sauce could be used in other dishes. Excellent Lasgna, however next time I will tweak it by adding a layer of my favorite sauce; Rao's on top of the meat sauce. I prefer it a bit saucier.

It's wonderful, very similar to my mom's lasagna recipe - she did not use the neck bones and used regular mozzarella instead of fresh - they made the sauce so much more flavorful - this is a keeper, thank you Paula for inviting Michael Symon to your show.
