I've been carrying this recipe around forever and never got to the review. Made these as Christmas presents a couple of years ago and took one to my Polish father. His smile was gradual and grew from ear to ear...."just like Mom used to make"! It's an interesting recipe to make, wonderfully not too sweet and unique in flavor. I do think you'll enjoy it. Thank you, Michael, for the memories and a great recipe.
