So Good.My husband really enjoyed the apricots. I made the apricots with a Malbec rose wine. Really amazing.

Pork turned out well, and was quick and easy on the grill. Marinade for about 2.5 hours, and can see how the pork would have become even more tender with time. I did not enjoy the oregano in the dish though, and will probably try this dish again with basil perhaps. I agree that the jalapeño pepper did not add much heat, and I am very sensitive to spice in a dish.

I served the pork on warmed Pita bread with Tzatziki sauce, fresh cucumbers, and tomatoes. EXCELLENT taste. The pork was super tender(I marinated it for about 7 hours.

This is really good and really easy! My husband is not a fan of apricots but he ate these! I made a cucumber sauce instead of just plain greek yogurt. This one will definitely go into our "keeper" pile. It would make great appetizers too!

I am a huge Michael Symon fan and decided to give this recipe a try! It was delicious. My hisband is not a big yogurt fan, yet he asked for me and was disappointed that there was none left in the pot. I only marinated the meat for the minimum time, but it was still good. Next time I want to marinate it over night to get the full flavor. Great dish!

Soooo delicious, the apricots made the dish in my opinion but the meat would be great with or without!

This is what I heard from my 9 & 5 year olds tonight when I made this. Wow, is it good. We didn't do the apricots, but I used tzaziki sauce from the store & it was SO SO good! I'll be doing this again!
