The apricots I thought really made the meal. Without them, the meat would've just been so-so. Although i was skeptical of the sauce while it was cooking (it kinda smelled weird, it came together nicely. I agree with the review that it needs to marinade overnight to really get the full flavor. But will most likely make this again!

Made this for dinner last night, just the souvlaki not the apricots. It was delicious! I will definitely make this one again. Marinated for about 5 hours but overnight would be even better. The only thing the recipe was missing was salt which I added to the marinade. Don't think jalapeno is exactly traditional but it really didn't add much heat. Really is delicious and easy!
