This is easy but delicious. For the second year in a row I've made this as part of Christmas brunch. Regarding the consistency, I discovered that letting the yogurt sit out and get closer to room temp before adding helps the finished product come out completely smooth. Not something you see all the time, so it feels special and looks festive with berries served on top.

Amazing dish! I love the creamy, melt in your mouth goodness! And the best part? It doesn't need any baking in the oven, it's so easy to make and all my guests from last Thanksgiving love it too! Thanks Iron Chef for sharing this recipe!

My husband and I had panna cotta at a local restaurant and loved it. So I went on the search and found this recipe. Besides the fact that it sounded delicious, how can you resist Michaels adorable smile and gorgeous head. My husband and I absolutely loved this and I can't get over how easy it was to make. We think it's PERFECT.

This was fantastic and was extremely easy to make. I made for a dinner party and everyone asked for the recipe. I've made it again and again. It's a winner!

The flavor was great but they were a little thick for my taste. I like smooth panna cotta, this was not smooth or silky. Next time I would strain the mixture again after adding the yogurt and cut the yogurt in half. Also, I used 1 1/2 vanilla beans and I believe that helped the flavor. If you are looking for the perfect recipe, keep looking.

If you haven't had panna cotta before, you have to try this, it's excellent. Says "intermediate", but it should say "easy". My whole family loved it, including my kids. Great with fresh blueberries on top too.

I love panna cotta, most all that I have tried, but I do have high standards, especially when cooking anything myself. This was super easy and so delicious! Exactly what I was looking for and not too sweet. I will definitely be making this again.
