    Delicious. I marinaded for 2 hours. Tasted great! I melted provolone on the toasted buns, added the steak, and called it good. Flank steak was really expensive. Next time, I think I'll use thin cut sirloin.

    Good....not great! I have tried this marinade 2 times now and it is good but lacks zip. There are way better marinades for flank steak that are available on FN dot com, IMO. Always try for overnite use. I also remain doubtful about the grilling time that is used. My grill gets to 500 degrees and at this heat you need only 2 1/2 minutes on 1 side and 2 minutes on the other side for that great medium rare (juicy red center that shows on the TV episode.

    I made this steak for my family and served with mashed potatoes and brussell sprouts, yum! I only made one change and that was to substitute the soy sauce with red wine vinegar. Excellent!
