Hi! I'm from Mexico City and I was so happy watching this program. Congratulations Marcela but I didn't like the Michelada. In Mexico City also in Mexican Restaurants in NYC and Washington,DC the traditional Michelada includes a special combination of chili powders like "chile piquin", also your so easy to make guacamole was out of jalapenos or serranos, I understand that your program is directed to an american public an I think your menu is "american friendly" ( not spicy , but for me, my family and friends one of the important thing which makes mexican food so unique is its spicy flavor so please don't forget that.

Even though this is not the original Michelada, I like the fact that Marcela presented another authentic Mexican drink. The original Michelada contains Tabasco sauce, Worchester sauce, Clamato, salt and peper, besides the lime juice and the ice, which are the basics. Good job Marcela, congratulations.
