I made this recipe the other night and signed up with this website just to be able to write this review. This is truly the best stroganoff I've ever made and probably the best I've ever had! I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of using 2 teaspoons each of dried dill and parsley, didn't have minced fresh. The flavors of the dijon and dill were perfectly balanced and the dish was just as good for dinner the next two nights. Can't wait to make this for family and friends. Brava!

Made this for dinner tonight and it came together very quickly. I added a minced garlic clove to the onion and mushroom mixture. Also added 1/2 teaspoon of sweet paprika at the end and used dry dill since that is what I had on hand. I also substituted light sour cream for the full fat and it did not seem to make a difference in the final dish. This was a delicious recipe, one I will make again.

I've been making this recipe for years and I love it...I do sub half and half if I cant make it to store to get cream but still comes out awesome! Will also use dried herbs at times...all good! Even my mom who never compliments my cooking loves when I make this! Love it!

I followed this recipe exactly except I cut the sour cream by half just because my husband doesn't like sour cream. It was really delicious. The fresh parsley added at the end lightens up the richness of the cream sauce. I don't add the dill because I don't care for it. I will make this again for sure.
