- 1 ripe mango, banana, or papaya peeled and pureed
- Honey to taste (1 to 2 teaspoonfuls)
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron threads steeped in 2 teaspoons hot water
- 1 cup ice water
- Lemon juice to taste - 2 to 3 tablespoons
- 1 cup plain yogurt
In a blender, puree the mango or other fruit with other ingredients; chill for 2 hours before serving and stir before serving.
