Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked mushrooms
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 8 ounces tortellini
- 4 ounces fresh spinach, stemmed and washed
- Salt and crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Bring mushrooms and broth to a boil. Add pasta and cook 5 minutes. Add spinach and cook just until wilted. Season with salt and crushed red pepper.
